With the goal of making families active, our team needed to research the social dynamics of a family, as well as the components involved in leading a healthy and active lifestyle. To accomplish this, we conducted interviews with families as well as a professional health coach, observed family interactions at the park, and analyzed magazines for views about being active. In addition, we looked at some statistics about obesity in the United States as confirmation of a need for a product that keeps families active.
